Cesar y Lion Cocktail

This bold blend of Azuñia Anejo, Grand Marinier, Chateau Monet, house made Vermouth, with a dash of orange bitter was created by the brilliant minds at North County Denver. Served alongside  Mole Poblano Braised Lamb Shank Tacos at a 4-course pairing event at North County, the richly hued cocktail enhanced the chocolate and spice of the tacos. Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Azuñia Añejo Tequila
  • .5 oz Grand Marnier
  • .5 oz Chateau Monet
  • .5 oz House Made Vermouth
  • 4 Dashes Orange Bitters
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
  2. Stir.
  3. Serve over ice.
