Finished with a squeeze of fresh lemon and a spoon of Cutino Jalapeño hot sauce, the Jalapeño Business is a spicy and tart jalapeño cocktail you won’t mind sharing.
- 1.0 oz Azuñia Blanco Organic Tequila
- 0.5 oz Monkey 47 Gin
- 0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Cranberry-infused Agave Nectar (2:1)
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- Barspoon Cutino Jalapeno
- Mint Sprig for Garnish
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for 10-12 seconds.
- Double Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
