It’s perfectly fitting that the amazing mother and daughter duo of Trial and True would create the recipe for the Olaquila for two. With a base of Azuñia Blanco organic tequila, the sweet bite of Minneola juice, the tart of Key Limes, the warmth floral notes of Elderflower liqueur adeptly balances with the bitter Cynar and topped with the spice of Ancho Reyes Chili Liqueur. Garnished with a clever orange peel butterfly, this cocktail conjures up the fleeting last days of summer and as we welcome fall with open arms.
