• 1.5 oz. Brown Butter infused Azuñia Black
  • 0.5 oz. Smith & Cross Jamaica Rum
  • 0.75 oz. Lustau Palo Cortado Sherry
  • 1 bar spoon Brown Sugar Syrup (2:1)
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • 1 dash AZ Bitters Lab Mi Casa Bitters
  1. Combine all ingredients in Old Fashioned glass and stir.
  2. Garnish with dehydrated banana chip and star anise.

The secret to our brown butter infused Azuñia Black:
1 stick of unsalted butter, browned in a pan over medium high heat. Once browned and warm, add to 1 bottle of tequila. Add both these ingredients to a plastic deli quart container. Seal and let sit for 24 hours and then strain through a coffee filter.
