 0.50 oz Taylor Fladgate Chip Dry White Port
 0.50 oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur
 0.50 oz Lemon Juice
 2 oz Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Build all ingredients in a wine glass or highball over fresh ice.


Top off with tonic water.
