Everything is better with butter. Make the smooth transition to cooler months with cocoa butter infused Azuñia Reposado in the earthy but floral Cacao Veronica.

 1 oz Cocoa-Butter Infused Azuñia Reposado Organic TequilaCocoa-butter-infused tequila: Mix 30 g cocoa butter with 300 g tequila. Sous vide at 130 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes. Strain.
 1 oz Suze Bitter Liqueur
 1 oz Fino Sherry
 1 tsp Vanilla Syrup

Add all ingredients into mixing glass with ice.

Stir until well chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Garnish with orange peel.
