This brightly colored apple cocktail was created for Tales of the Cocktail 2017, a spirits industry event in New Orleans, by Alexandria Bowler of French 75 Bar. Created to complement the herbaceous undertones of Azuñia Blanco, this cocktail combines a bite of green apple, cilantro, and Dolin Genepy.
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice.
Strain into a glass.
10 granny smith apples
6 oz peeled ginger
2 bunches or 5-6 ounces fresh cilantro
Cold press / juice together
Add 2 oz lemon juice for acidulation
Garnish:Fresh Oregano SprigCracked Black Pepper
