Sherry-Tequila Homemade Eggnog

What tastes more like the holidays than eggnog? Eggnog with sherry and tequila, of course. Jeffrey Morgenthaler’s Sherry-Tequila Eggnog recipe, refined by the Humble Garnish, is the epitome of the season. The sweetness of homemade eggnog, mixed with the fruity spice of sherry, finished with the deep smokiness of Azuñia Añejo, is irresistible any time of year. And since you’re making the spiked eggnog yourself, you’re not confined to the limits of the seasonal ingredients. Mix up a cup of holiday cheer year-round! Our recipe below will make a batch that could serve a whole holiday party (one gallon, approximately 32 servings).
